A favourite cuisine of mine and my wife's, I prepared this dinner as a tribute to a recent gift of a lovely Spanish cookbook titled Spain and the World Table. All receipes but the desert came from the book. The desert was a creation of my own. (I made two tarts so that my wife could take one to her calligraphy society snacks the following day and hence winning quite a reputation there!) |
