My fascination with cooking began many years ago, although any remaning memory of my first culinary triumph, or for that matter, disaster, has aluded me for some time now (perhaps for the better). The fact that I never cook anything other than basic, unexciting food when I'm alone may lead one to the conclusion that I am a blatant exhibitionist. However, in my defence, I would argue that many people find pleasure in cooking an enojyable meal for others; it is a true act of creativity that can be appreciated by all.
On this website, kindly created for me by Sara, my beautiful wife, I share some of my favourite and most recent recipes. A number of recipes are original, but many more are not. However, I never follow a recipe to the word, and I can promise you that you won't find any of these recipes elsewhere on the web, in exactly the same form as they appear here. If you try any of them and are happy with the results, please let me know. Likewise, if you have any constructive suggestions, I would be happy to receive them.
