Hello. My name is Sara (nee Pozgay) Rawlinson. I am searching for my family heritage. My great-great-great grandparents were Abraham Lewis and Esther (nee Isaacs). Abraham Lewis was a blacksmith in Kaunas, Lithuania. They had three children: Harris, William, and Rachel. Harris Lewis moved to NY and married Anna Selina/Salina Bernstein, who died young. He married again to Ida Goldstein from Marijampole, Lithuania and moved to Savannah, GA.

Some years ago, my father's sister-in-law presented her husband with his family heritage as a birthday gift. She opened the eyes of everyone in our family to the rich history of our bloodlines. Since her passing, I have made an attempt to keep her family heritage research active (see the Pozgay-Kufrin Family History webpage). While delving into my father's side of the family, I thought it would be fun to look up my mother's side as well. This is my first attempt at the Lewis/Serotta family heritage.
