Spring time is hovering here in Canberra and we're preparing a big house cleaning and garden pruning weekend - we're very excited for warmer weather to arrive. House renovations are near complete (new shower stall is all that is left!), China and Turkey were superb adventures in the first half of 2011, with a (hopeful) trip to Italy in May in the works for a friend's wedding. Nick's Recipe's have continued with their creativity, and we hope to update his website soon. (Will someone please let me know where I can find a few extra hours in each day?) Updates to the family websites have slowed, but there is a new wealth of material for one of my grandmum's that I hope to compile in a sensible order soon. As always, my Art Blog continues in fits and starts, with some interesting cakes recently.
